I mainly facilitate in the Agile world now, bringing process facilitation to teams and incorporating it into my work with Agile transformation for organisations. My background is in the corporate world, with a strong focus on process. I have facilitated many requirements analysis workshops and root cause analysis workshops. Team and project planning sessions, decision-making and problem-solving workshops, working with engineers, social workers, people from the community, trades unions, teachers, artists, IT professionals: my practice was, and is still varied.
