The real world is messy. It doesn’t fit into tidy boxes or follow a script. I work with organizations to understand their unique context and see what’s really happening, what’s needed — and what’s possible. No matter how complex the situation I support groups to engage in meaningful ways with people whose insights and efforts are key to successful change. Together we discover new ways of thinking, set strategic intention and cultivate confidence in being adaptive to they can pivot when circumstances change. As founder and principal of Veradus I am an ally in change for social profit, non-governmental and public-sector organizations and partnerships. I get my greatest satisfaction from learning and working with engaged, passionate people that are driven by opportunities to build relationships and deliver impact. Why Veradus? It is rooted in the Latin word Veritas meaning ‘truth‘ which reflects my intent to support people to speak their own truths.
